Installed the Clarion OHMD74 in my truck a few months ago and just took some pics. It is a 7" screen with a built in dvd player, very nice picture quality with excellent off-axis viewing.

From the pics it does stick out quite a bit, but when you're in the vehicle it isn't that noticable.

Eventually, I am going take the housing apart and paint it to match the interior.
