I don't like the rims. Would look better with some 5 spokes IMO.

Dude, no offense, but you're the one that's blind then. I have nor will never own a Jeep.... lol

The rims look alright, but I just think the huge 5 spokes where you can look almost completely through the rim look awsome.

Dude, I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but I'm not Sayar. I was thinking that you were confusing me with him, but rest assured I'm not him, nor do I own a Jeep. Sorry for the confusion man.

Here's a link to my MECA Garage, that's me and my car, yes, I know its ugly, but it works for me.

Again, sorry for the confusion.

Holy **** Im tired. I havent gotten anything done since about Wed. Today I left early, and it was raining all morning, stopped for a while, and looked to continue when I got home. But it held off and the Sun came out for a little while. [Big Grin]

By the time it had come down, I had the dash on, the DVD, TV Tuner PS2 all playing along with the XM. Still no sound, but everything up front is rockin and ready to go. So I get to the back, make a support to keep the optima on the rear deck and run the wires. Also bolted up all the underhood stuff with new battery bolts. Also ran the RCA's. Ran out of paypal cash to get matching stinger RCA's I went to work and got some nice Rockfords for the 4ch amp. Was very low on power wire to get the 4ch amp (7-8' away from the battery) playing so I figure I deserve to hear some noise and want to get the sub amp on. Then I realize in the mist of all the other BS, I forgot to run a ****ing remote wire. :Owned: x eleventy billion. The dash was on everything was good and pretty. God damn!

So I run all the power to the battery/dist blocks, ground the battery etc and wire up the 2ch. I was gonna jump power from the 12v just to hear something. Ive been getting antsy considering the car has been apart for almost 2 weeks. But I decide to do it right and run the remote wire. Then I look over in the wire pile of the **** I pulled out and spot about 15' of 4ga. SCORE! Got the 4ch and the 2ch up and running. Then Im looking like I still have one door speaker to swap out yet. Fugg it, Ill just hook up the old **** and see how it sounds...But I couldnt. Pulled the door off (this project has been on hold cause I need to get to the dealer and order some xmas tree pins as theyre all pretty much missing or broken. Mounted up the adapter plate, the speaker and threw some dynamat on. Going on 12am and ready to rock I head out to a quiet parking lot at the beginning of the subdivision. Playing with the settings and the gains I get it sounding good and go through a good 5-6 full songs I decide to head back. The fronts are definatly lacking some highs. I might swap out the co-ax's for the component set. Scratch that, I will. I need more up front. The 6x9's are 4 ways and ****ing scream. I pull in the drive way and see a car comming by very slowly...State Trooper. he rolls by the house at about -.02 mph and keeps going. Turns around in teh culdesac and drives by, stops for a minute and keeps going. All the while Im watching Ludacris in Amsterdam. Then he goes up the street, parks and turns his lights off....Sits for a good 5 minutes then leaves. I musta pissed someone off, but the closest house was a good 300 yards away. Oh well. Its now 1:30am and Im tired as ****. Gotta work tomorrow but weve been super slow. Hoping I can scoot out early again, and teh woman is home to deal with Nick so I can work un interupted. I didnt even stop to eat tonight. I still havent taken many pics... [Big Grin]

Looking at the pic I can see over the right vent the dash isnt sitting flush and its annoying me. Ill play with it tomorrow. [Smile]

Finally finally finally...a pic worth posting.

 -

And no, contrary to popular belief, the LFH was not used in any way to aid in the proper fitment of that side panel.

The other side is drying right now, and I plan to have them both ready to go. The center peice still needs work obviously. Will just have to cut out the center and carpet the piece. I pretty much got the new rear deck piece done tonight too.

Was supposed to get off tomorrow after a meating, but my installer had a death in the family so he will be out all weekend. :ripped: Im still off sunday and monday, tho. I just need the alarm and Im in buisness.
