I want to get a MP3 Headunit. I was looking at the alpine 9807 but iv been told its not very good, so im looking also into the 9815. I really like the look of the 9807 (blue and silver).

Also whats the deal with the 7995? Is it better then the 9807? iv heard the 807 has problems and sounds pretty horrible. I could afford the 9815 if I really have to but id perfer to save some money and get the 7995 or 9807 because there cheaper plus i like the look better.

So what do you people think?

Thanks a lot!

I have had my 9807 for a little bit and I got it for 175shipped from a friend. I think it is an awesome deck, The SQ is good imo and a lot better then my 300 dollar kenwood excellon. It plays mp3, and has 4v outputs, no motorized face but thats no biggie for me. I like mine and would recommend it to anyone. They are all very nice decks but I saved my money. The 9815 is a beauty though [Big Grin]

out of those, I think the 7995 would give the best quality with an external amp. 9815 is also good
