i have a 94 ranger x-cab with exact 5.3 component set in the kicks, i would like to put a 8 inch midbass in the lower door. What would be a good 8 midbass? Also i have a extras set of 6 1/2 exact mids do you think those would be a good midbass. Everything will be powered by a Pro650 the comps will be bi-amped and the mids each get there own channel to. What would be a good crossover setting to start at?
Thanks guys this is the only place to find good help it seems like. There isn't alot of stereo stores around me.

8's in the doors Eh?? You are going to spend mega time making those doors sealed, and quiet. I did a full size ram with 8's in the doors and spent about 30 hours knocking down rattles in the doors... a good 8" is the oz 200H. Sound awesome. About 140 or so each. Mount whatever you get to a 3/4" mdf or plywood baffle to help control panel movement. Good luck! The results can be outstanding!!!

If it dont fit, force it... if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...
