I've been considering some new equipment for my Ford explorer, maybe i can gather up some more ideas from this forum.

I'm thinking about purchasing a power 1100a2 and porting 2 RF power DVC 15"s. I'm going to keep my JL TR 5x7"s (because they sound fucking sweet! ), but i'm going to upgrade to fanatic Q's for fronts. I'll keep my RF 4.6 4 channel amp to power the fronts/mids.

One of my concerns is that the power 1100a2 will have trouble knocking the power DVC's..i'm skeptical. Also, approx. how many db's do you think a setup like this could pound?

any suggestions or tips are appreciated

I would go with the regular DVC 15"s if all that you have is one 1100 to push them. I don't think that you will get your monies worth out of the powers without more power going into each of them. With all that bass, you might want to beef up your mids and highs amp also.
