I finally decided to take a few pics of my system today. They're not the best seeing that I'm not a photographer..and my polaroid isn't the best camera either...

1. pic of the car

2.an attempt to get the top 4 10's..but the shadow is covering the far back ones.

3.

4.

5.

6. Just in case you're in doubt that the trunk pics and car pic don't look like the same vehicle...hehe. You can see the amp..and 1 of the 10's in this pic.

not to doubt, but wouldnt you get alot of cancellation of some sort here with every 2 subs facing a diff. direction?? ive been told my about 10 pl this is a bad way to do things, and it will sound better with all facing the same way
no disrespect, cause it probably would slam the crap out of anything ill ever have
just a question

Those are dayton 10's..cheapo's But powered right and they sound good. I'm maxing everyone of them out with that 200.2.

and ryan...I asked on here about the cancellation and no one ever said anything about it. So I built the boxes...only way they could fit. I don't know how much cancellation I'm getting. I don't know how to pick it out or anything.

It's loud...I mean..I'm not so much worried about the cancellation. I'm not really planning on competeing or anything seeing that I'm using 10's. I mean...I'd have to go up against someone like tech with his 8 18's!!! I don't stand much of a chance there.

I might give it a couple spl runs just to see what it can do.

It was cheap too. All 8 10's only cost me $161 shipped. I guarantee that system slams any other one I've had and others I have even put more money into.

I'm surprised how clean the bass is for cheap subs!! I was worried that they would sound bad but I'm very surprised and happy. I'm guessing the only reason they are so cheap is because you're not paying for a big name brand..and they aren't big power handlers.

I really wasn't sure if I wanted to do this or not. But I went ahead and gave it a shot. I sold my 2 punch 12's and 2 punch 8's to get the money for this system. And I like this much better.

Looks pretty sweet for a low buck system... Don't really like the way the subs face but like you said, not for competition... Thumbs up to you man...

It really impresses the people around here though. That's all I really care about.

And for the price...it's a LOT of boom!!

It was either the 10's or a pair of 15's for my $$. And the 15's would have costed me about $100 more. But I wanted something that looked cool. So I went with the 10's. I still need to get some dustcovers though!! hehe

someone tell me what kind of cancellation am I getting from this setup?

I was gonna try to make a mini wall and take out the rear seat and have half the subs facing up..and the other half facing forward.

But I couldn't do that because I use the back seat a lot. I'm one of about 10 guys i know that has a car instead of a truck. So when we go somewhere..we'll usually hop in my car and all throw out some gas money.

I use it for other things too though!!
