I was wondering what size of Rockford fosgate amp I would need to drive 8 6x9's at about 50-75 rms per speaker. I just want one amp. Then what kind of 6x9s are the best for the money. Everyone is going to say ick to the 6x9's but I like them.

It was an idea I was spinning around in my head. They seem to give off a pretty good bass and they are full range. Not the best in the world but their cheaper than going components. What 4 channal amp would probably best suit them. Also what kind of spl would I get with those 8 6x9's and 2 6.5 coaxails in the doors.
Don't email me saying that I'm a stupid ______ either.

I hear the new RF amps are rated closer to what they say sooo. If thats true a 400a2 would work. IFFF you can get 4ohm 6x9s run them in parrell 2 ina group 1 group per channel "400a2 is 100x4 2ohms" As for spl umm im not sure you would have to compete in Extreme class.
