@ Wattsinaname : when you compete ( in Ex 1 )you like to get a high as possible spl score ?? Or you like at the competitions a low groundpounder to ?? Questions i ask is regards what best to do portwise ...
Yes, high as possible(score) in EXT 1 and still have a decent low ground pounder. My plan is to build the box with an adjustable port(length& diamter) to be able to achieve my goal. The enclosure is really taking shape now. I have cut the wood for a nominal 11 cubes. But overall I have about 22 cubes if need be.

BTW measurements are only for the rear of the sub, I have a few extra cubes for the front if I decide to go bandpass... Like below...

Here's some more updated pics. I should have this putting out sound tomorrow, I hope. Just need to button up the box and throw the sub in.

make sure you're scraping the paint away where you're grounding. and i've found that spot isn't the best ground in these vehicles. the side of the lower floor works better, or going straight to the frame below the battery. just be sure to rub some vasoline so it doesn't rust

Good ol grinder for the paint removin. Will most likely add a few more grounds in different locations. Had to stop early, didn't want to wake every one up with the grinder going.

Got to try it out for the first time. It thumps at half volume! Didn't want to blow the sub just yet. Took out the sub and I'm now working on the removable baffle and the port. Maybe a video in a couple days when I get it back together.

btw this dsc2000.1D loves more juice, still need to check what it's putting out as for rms.

I will use some screws on this build, I just don't like the wood splitting problem that comes with using them.

liquid nails is some good stuff. pre drill ur holes b4 u screw should stop the spliting.

Just a quick update. Finishing up the "wall" and the sealing of the box. Waiting to get more hardener to lay down more resin. Here's some pics of it now...
