first time building one so any help will be greatly appreciated. the van is a 85 astro i bought it from team hertz out of NJ. it has 2.5 inch plexi all the way around and cement filled side walls. it has been in db drag for a few years before it was retired then sold to me. for the equipment i am using 2 memphis 15 q1 subs with 4 memphis mojo 4kw amps with plans maybe to use 8 amps? need to know how wide to make the loading wall and how thick. how big should the boxes be for the subs? how tall and thick the center console should be and how much of a round over?

do you plan on using steel or mdf?
