Hey guys, im looking for alot of help here. I havent competed in about 8 years now (gone to military) but am back and wanting to get back into it. I think I will start in stock street and go from there..
Now, I have the option of using my 03 ford explorer or my 03 Audi A4 Avant (wagon)... which platform would you suggest as the better SPL vehicle?? I am planning on two 12's. From what ive been reading I can only use 2000 rms watts and only certain subs?? I am trying to find out my options for subs.. I ahve a couple Shocker extreme subs from my past competing days but dont know if I can use them.. not to mention I have a feeling 2000 watts wont do them justice anyways, so I am looking at other options. Something Ive always wanted to do was dominate ith a cheap brand like pyle or crunch.. but not sure.. any help here in my design and choice of product would be awesome.

UPDATE.. going street B.. using two shocker extreme 12's and 2 audiopipe 3000.1D amps in my 04 ford explorer.. PURE SPL.. what would be your box recommendation? I was thinking both subs drivers side, 2 external ports foring to the driver side.. after reading it seems like this is a very good way to go... any ideas?
