i have a problem with my peek frq, my car is peeking @28hz doing a sweep my box is tuned to 32hz the subs are up and port back in a hatchback car what can i do to correct this i would like to have a peak frq 36hz or so
the upside is im doing a 149.5on music buttttttt i cant burp a 150.xx please tell me what to do

maybe the box isn't actually tuning at 32Hz.
Do you keep test logs? Testing for actual power and reactive impedance?
What note is the impedance highest? that's where the box is actually tuning to

the box is just below 8 cubes after all dissplacments inside messuarments are 14.5h x 34.5wide x34.5deep port is 4"x25"x21.5"deep so what am i tuned at and 28hz gives me the highest score i will be taking some of the port to 16" or 14" deep to bring tuning up will this help

Change your port length to 12.5!

i say open the port up. 100si is too small for 8cf, and too small for two 18's. I would go for at least 140sq.inch port, maybe bigger
