I am on a tight budget and I need help making a decision. I have been saving up for a while to get a dd z2lv but yesterday a friend offered to sell me his crx. I can get one or the other but there's no way I can afford both. I'm wanting to compete in street a and if I don't get the rex I'll be in a focus or a festiva. I have all the equipment I need except for the amp already. What should I do? All opinions are welcome. Thanks

I would get the crx. I think that you will probably get better #'s out of the crx even if you dont have an amp that size.

CRX, keep saving and buy the amp later.

Street A in anything but a rex is for lack of a better term unproven.

all I can say is that a CRX is LOUD!!! even with a little bit of power!! I have seen one do in the 150's with a 1500 watt amp!!

take it from a crx owner. I have bigger numbers with my crx than i did in my suburban with half the subs and power. I was doing a 145 in the suburban and i'm doing 1 147 in the crx. I need to upgrade my alternator and my battery and my numbers will climb even higher.
