no not six cubes max... i just did a box on winisd, i put in 6 as the internal volume and tuned at 30hz so with that i said 4x10 port=40 sqin of port the vent will have to be 15 inches deep so multiply 4x10x15 divided by 1728 thats 0.34 cubes which is the amount of the box volume the vent will take up so i know that i have to build the box to be at least 6.34 cubes to still have 6 cubes and then factor in woofer displacement say its .2 so add that and you get 6.38 cubes 6.4 on the safe side and i still know that my box is 6 cubes after all displacement somewhere @ 30 hz... if you want me to design you a box i will, just give me dimensions

 - the box if firing up toward the roof
this box is 6.5 cubes total thats still 3 cubes a sub and with the port displacement the box is 6 cubes
the cut sheet would be
top and bottom= 37.5x 22.5(the rest of the box will sit inside the top and bottom)
sides= 21 x 15
back= 36 x 15
and as for the baffle since the opening for the port is the same height as the box i would do 2 seperate peices
your port would be 2 16x15's just spaced out four inches apart inside
and on the port also i would sit the peices back .75(if your using 3/4 inch mdf) so when you put the baffles on they sit on the port walls it will just look like a space between the baffles

if you build a small box and tune it that low...the port is going to be super long and not have a real strong low output.

Bigger boxes have a stronger low end
