Being that your from Grand rapids where my company is based, I'll help ya
According to Orion recommendations are: Sealed 0.9 - 1.35 Ported 2cubic ft / tuned @ 35hz So if depending on your music preference's You should be able to fit 2 of those in that area with the amp in a seperate rack(not screwed to the box) and keep your third row seating.
I personally would build an enclosure with the sub's facing up ported 2 cubes each sub tuned to 35hz with the vent's facing back. The amp rack in between the box and third row seating.

No just my company NETech is based in GR. We have locations all over, we are a Cisco Gold partner and work with networking equipemnt.
It's not that fiberglass would make any difference as far as sound it may however give you more room. I would caution using it for an enclosure using those subs unless you really have alot of it and are experienced in it. It would take alot of layers to be done right is all I'm saying. You can easly get the airspace needed and have an amp rack seperate from the box and have it sound great. Throw some measurements up on here and I'll design a box and rack for you.

Here's a quick concept, keep in mind that it's just a concept but the specs are exact according to Orion. 2 Cubes per sub tuned to 35hz using the 16 Square inch of port per cubic ft of enclosure method.

Sorry, the height should be 19" total so if you use 3/4" MDF the inside height will be 17.5" and same with width and length

You are going to need more than one D5000 to run a pair of those subs. They are very inefficiant and power hungry. I would use one D5000 per sub or go with something with more power, like a MMATS 3500.1 or something similar.
