well i got 2 9917s on the way that im going to start to test with this summer. I really want to get into some comps instead of just local stuff. besides wanting to compete i just generally love lots of bass. so while im testing i was going to run both 9917s daily on a single Z1a and im looking to run internal aero`s. specs include.
2- 9917s 1- Z1a 2 kineteik 2400s. 2 runs of 1/0 from front battery. undecided 250amp alt. all dynomated in a 2001 explorer, subs up port back.
i listen to a lot of rap so im thinking maybe tuned to to around 32 to 35Hz? also what size box should i shoot for. 10 cubes would be optimal for me as i would be able to keep the box below the window line. i can go up to 12 cubes and stay below the window line but loose all cargo room in the back. what do you guys think for box size and tuning?
