I have a 2005 neon and need some help! I would like to be in the 150's on a TL. I will take all the help I can get! Suggestions Please. I currently am running 1 15" but I have only been able to hit a 148db on the TL with the sub and port forward with the trunk sealed off. Thank you for the help [Sad]

Try pouring fiberglass resin on the rear deck. Then do a couple of layers of sound deadener over top of it. This may help to stiffen the rear deck and keep some of the pressure inside the car that could possibly be excaping into the trunk. Also try closing all of the heater vents on the dash when you burp the car. It may only help a tenth or two, but it is a step in the right direction. Also duct tape around the subs may help a tenth or so. Hope this can help you to get somewhere.

if you don't mind, please throw up some pics? my girlfriend is wanting to mess around in meca in her accord and it would definately save me alot of time and hassle to get a starting point?

right now she has 2 incriminator dr 12s on a soundstream 2000d in a box I built in literally 20 minutes and does a 45 with everything firing back in around 5 cubes with 50 sq inches of port tuned pretty low. But shes used to having a daily driver that is in the 50s so of course she thinks her accord should be there also.
