if i filled the trunk ribs in my trunk lid with the expanding foam would i still be able to compete.

if you are going for street class.. no...
same goes for SS NW... you'd be find for SS classes though..

that is unless they changed the rules.. but don't think they have.. you would have been better off using sound deadener instead, to be legal in street classes... or you could cheat, and cover any evidence of foam, with sound deadener....

well i havn't done it yet.

also my setup is subs back port back should i do a porthole in the rear deck for a better score.

what class would i be in from this drawing.car is a 1986 monte carlo. also i was told since i have a car pc i cant compete. in any class.

you will need a commercial available deck to run at a multipoint event. Running a CD is a must !!

I have been to shows that they made me remove my amps that were in the car which were not even being used.

i quess i will not be competing. for me to patch in a deck would be hell and to remove any equitment would be worse since its i would have to remove interior from the doors back.

also,you need to be careful if you do use expanding foam because it can and will distort your trunk lid,I did this on my accord years ago and it ruined it,so be careful.good luck [Smile] [Smile]
