So far this is what we've gathered.

Car:
1988 Honda CRX HF

Audio:
(2) Resonant Engineering MT 10" woofers
(2) Planet Audio VX2200D amlifiers (Strapped)
(1) Stinger SP2150 Power2 Max battery.
(1) Stinger 1Farad Capacitor
Stinger Battery Terminals
Bus bars
8 runs of Stinger's 1/0 Expert Series wiring.
JVC Headunit
AudioControl Four.1 pre-amp
AudioControl Overdrive, in the rear next to the amplifiers.
The big three upgrade for our grounds.
4ga Speaker wire.

Enclosure... hopefully someone will give us some pointers here.

Is there anything you'd suggest we change, equipment wise?

Get rid of the cap, you will be louder without it. Also, I have tested the SX's to be louder than the MT's in my CRX, MT's seemed to like a huge box, but it will depend on the install.

Well, we're trying to beat our last street A setup.

We had a very similar setup in a Chevy Silverado Ext Cab and hit a 146.1 on a TL. But we were using XXX 10's. I'm hoping the MT's are going to get us a little higher score. Or maybe the SX's like seege suggested.

idont have any experience with re subs but i think that the sx's might get louder with the amount of power you have. but good luck either way.

Your lineup is pretty impressive (except for the cap: I wouldnt use it), but the key will certainly be enclosure design and current draw.

I would suggest using the 6" aeroports. They have more port area than 2 conventional 4" aero's, and have a better output waveform. You should be fine with two; one in each separate enclosure.

Box volume and displacement will depend on your brand of sub. I havent worked with RE's that much, just DD subz. But I agree with Seege; the MT's are much happier with larger enclosures (unless you rip off a few spiders, the top two, mainly), and you'll probably have better results with the SX's, if you gonna stick with RE.

Try firing 'em up with the ports firing to the rear (externally), and experiment with different port lengths until you find out where your Rex peaks at. [Cool]

Well the reason we're going to stick with RE? we're a Dealer for them. So we're going to support their product.
