I'm piecing together a system for my '79 mustang, and was looking for a little advice. I was thinking of going with 2 RFPP 15"s running off a punch 800a2. Should I wire each sub in series then hook them up in parallel to get 4ohms load bridged, or should I go for the parallel 2ohms/channel stereo? Also what size wire for the subs? Any suggestions on diff subs? I love the amp but I'm ify on the subs. Thanks for any help.

That amp wouldnt produce enough power for those subs. I have that amp in my car pushin my RF DVC 12". And they need a lot less power. With those subs you should probably go with 2 power 1100. IMO

Will one 800a2 be enough for 1 15"power, I was just going to get the 800a2 to get started an was hoping it would be enough, but I guess its just to start. By the way which way should I hook them up off of just one 800a2 for the time being? What are the main concerns for a port(such as side of box and L vs D)?
Also what size speaker wire would do the best job? What size plexiglass should I go with if I plan on making one entire side of a box for the 15"s out of it? And finally for a ported box, should each speaker have its own chamber? Thanks again.
