When a sub is placed in an enclosure,ported or sealed,how does this affect the impedance of the speaker?

It doesn't. The way you wire it affects the impedence.

Somebody needs to do there homework!!! RFandAlpineman, a speaker's impeadance always changes when put in an enclosure.
