Can ANYONE please tell me how to make a ported box or give me a website that will tell me how to build one?

A ported box is essy. It is the same as a sealded but you just need to spend some more time in teh desin stage. First you need know how big the box need to be in Ft^3. Then add the port and woofer dispacement to that. Build the box being sure you gave youself enough depth for the port. Then cut a hole for the port. Dukk has hole saws. Here is all I can help with for port and that is the port formula....
Port length=[(8466.4*R^2)/(Vb*Fb^2)-(1.463*R)

R = radius of port
Vb = volume of box
Fb = tuning frequency.

More then that you will need to give someone with a good box building progrem like Terpro you paramitor of the woofer. Or down load some share ware stuff of teh net.
