i am currently upgrading the system in my dodge dakota. my current specs include a kenwood kdc-s3009 -> blaupunkt 6.5s/5.25s (door & rear kick) & punck 40.2 -> bazooka 6.5 tube. i'm adding a punch 60.2 to power a set of components in the doors and getting rid of the 5.25s in the rear as they fire into the seats and can't be heard anyway. my question concerns the speakers, and what you guys suggest putting in there, considering they will do all high/mid duty and will be running off the 60.2. i will be adding an 8" sub in a custom box at some point in the future, to fill out the bass more. any ideas? i have looked at a pair of RF components and a pair of pioneer components. i can't hear a difference in the stores, but i'm sure there are (definately a difference in price). i've also considered jl audio components. any suggestions are greatly welcomed.
