If I'm running 3 amps, where does the remote wire run to?

All three of the amps will need to be connected to the remote wire. Whether you hook three wires directly to the remote wire coming from the deck, or runthe remote wire from the deck to one amp, and run a small wire from one remote terminal to the other two is up to you. Either should work just fine.
