Hi i'm gonna head out tomorrow and by the majority of the supplies for the box that i'll be building. my question is what type of screws should i use to screw the sub into the box?
thanks alot---->dan

PS-and if you guys have the time I have some other less immediate questions.
1)i'm gonna add a directed 1100d(gonna be at 600+ watts@2ohms to my audiomobile evo-r) amp to my 4 channel PPI(60x4) that is already installed. What guage wire should i run from the battery?
2)what guage wires should i run to the amps after i split the original with a dist. block(should be fused or no?)?
3)what size fuse will i need off the battery and can you reccomend a wiring kit/dist block/etc. to complete this install, i was leaning toward a Stinger SK4D but that doesn't have the dist. block right?

You can also use 1-2" concrete screws. They're usually blue in color and have 2 sets of threads on them, one coarse and one fine. Be sure you have a good drill cause a standard 12V screw gun won't put them into MDF, and predrill.

It is somewhat difficult to get the t-nuts to stick, but machine screws with t-nuts work great. You have to rough ip the mdf with very coarse sand paper where the t-nuts will go, but once they are set you can tighten the screws extremely tight and remove them over and over with very little damage to the integrity of the mdf.
