Ok here it is, I have a '91 Corrado, I completely ripped out the whole friggin Aktiv system.

Here is the setup. The dash drop in would be 3.5", 4" would require modifying (I am not afraid to modify). The door map pockets can house 5.25", somewhat extensive modification need to fit 6.5". Rear are 4" X 6".

Here is my plan, a 4" midrange in the dash w/Bandpass passive x-over, Low cutoff 1Khz 18db or 12db per octave slope. Top cutoff around 8Khz at 6to 12db Per octave slpoe.

The doors I was looking at putting in a 5.25" running about 1Khz down to 100Hz both slopes 18db per octave.

Now I would have some tweets, Just not sure where to put them, I am guessing they will be too bright on the dash, which I could attenuate them down, or find a new location. Also I figuringI may have a little issue with the response if I havethe tweets cutoff Freq at around 5Khz. Am I setting this up wrond with the overlapping crossover points.

I am plsnning on going and doing a little work and see about using a RTA to see how the rcabin response is in the car.
