I HATE these new amps. If i want to compete succesfully in street, i got to buy 1500€ amp(s)
Wayne really should do somehing about the amp question. I know that money talks and b###s### walks but i honestly; I dont want to compete #3 or #4 place if it's best what my subs and amps can do.

ok so we might as well start a list of '2 in 1' amps that can work off only 2 conductors. this would make an amplifier shopping list and options for all street and street max guys. B/c of the change in the rule where u can now have 2 amps that are bolted together and count it as 1, this list can come very handy in the very near future.
I personally forsee the comeback of spl dynamics 4000d and possibly the new comming of the 6000d

Powerbass extreme has an amp that does 3000 rms at 1 ohm easily, I talked to the guy at CES from them and and saw. All I can say is WOW! 160+ VOLTS on the output. PB Xtreme Class D Amplifier

i hate too say this but the 6000d will now be made in ONE case, so they could do a similar thing to old 4000d with two of these, and make a 12000d, one 6000d will do 6k @ 4ohms and 10k @ 2ohms, so 12000d should do 20k at 4ohms
now who wants to make legal all amplifiers????

I doubt it.. Arc had a big 4KW amp at CES a year or two ago... everyone got all excited about it. But I haven't heard of a single one every being used.
