something tells me it has more to do with destruction than wind.... or maybe its how far you hear your system from the car at a certian db rating? ex 1-10 meters 11-20 meters-25 meters and up? who knows

My guess is that it is already being run somewhere. Concidering the spelling I'll bet it's in Mexico. I'll will bet the rules won't be done for a long time. I will also bet some judges wont want to do a third format and nobody will be sure if it will be at finals or what it will take to get an invite until the last minute.

im just about getting tired of waiting to find out what this is about, im about to just go ahead and start building for bass race. once i build for bass race im not touching anything again until 2008.

it's simple math, just consider the spelling.

(psycho + cyclone) = (crazy + lots of air movement) = psychlone = (some crazy mofo sitting inside the vehicle holding the meter wherever you want to get the best score)
