dont you have to dehydrate yourself for a few days before shows like this? lol i used to have a friend that was into that and she used to get mad when we drank (not beer talking water and stuff like that) around her the week of a show lol

yeah normally you water deplete for a week and by the last 2 days you just have a few sips
