Topic: any recomendations???
Well we have been thinking for the next season and we would like to get some ideas for amps with lots of power and only are able to use one battery for Street Max 1-2. So thought I would put the question out there what would be a good high power amp that doesn't pull allot of amperage. We was using the Rockford T30001bd's 4 of them strapped worked good but need to get louder -------------------- Team Ohio SPL Team Maxxsonics

I too also face the same dilemma at this point in time I am leaning heavily towards hifonics I think the cyclops or the goliath would be hard to beat. But there are several good amps out there. Just my .02 -------------------- SS1/2NW Team DC Audio Team Powerbass USA Team Kinetik Iraggi Alternators If it doesn't fit use a hammer!!

We ll we have been concidering the 40.1 but after seeing BigDave have the kind issues he did we was thinking they pull to much on the battery since we would want to run 4 of them strapped. can you hook me up with some info on this and maybe some idea where we can look for deals on these amps. -------------------- Team Ohio SPL Team Maxxsonics

I ran my 8 40.1's on two batteries just fine. So 4 40.1's work; just gotta play with them more and figure out what is best. I heard Dave was having battery problems more then amp problems? -------------------- Cactus Sounds N. I had no amplifier problems at finals. It was all in the battery. Amps never shut down. I checked everything friday night and it was fine. There were even a few people that heard me burp it friday night and it played fine. Got in there sat. morning and it wouldnt play. Voltage was dropping and shutting the head unit off. Amps are strong. Not that I want you guys to run them. -------------------- PM me for anything Incriminator David Montgomery Street Max 1-2 TEAM INCRIMINATOR AUDIO 2004 dB Drag - 155.7 2005 dB Drag - 156.5 2006 dB Drag - 157.9 2006 Bass Race - 153.2
