Hello every one, yes my panda is sold and I will not be comming to WF 07 with that my yellow baby.
As for if I will be at WF 07..... 1st I have to build a new car and then I have to get it loud, get 100pt and then find the cash to make it over there. So I think that mite be a big chance that I mite just be to look.
I know I have Won WF 3yr in a row 04-06 and all of then with a WR too. So I think it is time to give some one elce a chance to fill that SM 1st place at Finals. [Wink]

No chance in hell we're going to get close to that number in a car from the U.S. I can see a 160+ from the U.S.

Yes I'd say the bar is set very high especially for an American car.

what he is saying i believe is even though you competed at US finals you are still from Switzerland so you dont technically count as being from here. James had the highest score from the states with a stateside vehicle.

There is alot of interest in SM1-2 in my area of the US. While they all are talented builders it would be EXTREMELY difficult/impossible to top Christophs' achievements.

team james carnes did an awesome score, and i consider them great friends, as well as everyone from team baldman.

but i think christoph was questioning the statement because jim's car is not the loudest in the U.S.

it DID do the loudest stateside score at finals, and that was, i think, a shocker to most people, as they had a low incoming score to finals.

but Jim's score at finals was a 157.8

Dave and Will both posted 157.9 certified in 06 and livewire posted a 159.1 non certified and a 158.7 at finals last year.

not to take away from the amazing score that jim's car did, but while it WAS the loudest stateside car at finals.. it's not the loudest stateside car for 06.

either way, i'm both happy and sad to see christoph leave sm1-2.. he has without a doubt set the bar extremely high for us to reach. and i do not believe it is unreachable. its just gonna take the right tweaks to get there.

i know we'll see over a 60 this year from the states. the only thing i'm worried about is whether anyone in thestates is planning to catch the 162 that i'm gonna do at sbn ? [Big Grin] [Razz] lol
