(stepping onto soapbox) What fun is to go somewhere look at cars and not take pics you can take back and share with the ones that didnt get to go? Isnt this the main reason alma and her son started competiting in the first place? They always had the truck open and always willing to talk and let people take pics, because they had been shunned at shows beore they started competiting. I can understand if it was some huge secret piece of equipment but come on guys what fun is it for a spectator or even another competitor to walk up to a car and have the car suddenly closed and the owners avoid you. And yes me and my father had that happen to us quite a few times in the street classes. Yes somebody might copy it but can they get it as loud as you did or maybe they will do something different and get it louder, who cares to me that means you just have to work a little harder than they did or try something else. Isnt that called sportmanship? You see dragsters sitting in full view as they tear down a car, they dont pull them in the trailers and say you cant see this.
My biggest props go out to Rooney and the rest TEAM 420 if Ive had a question he was willing to answer it and give me ideas that worked and he was even im my class. THANK YOU GUYS! Jesse if you see this send props to the rest of them.
