i was thinking a reg cab s-10 though an ext cab might do well too, but i was thinking of getting a reg cab and doing sm 1-2 or NW
i know a few years back the luv was in 1-2nw, how did it do against the vans etc
probably not the best vehicle, but it'd be nice to do high 50's with one and have some fun, there just something i like so much about the old square body s-10's

When the LUV was in no-wall the rules were different. You used to be able to cut the frame and lower the bedfloor, but you cant do that anymore. It would all depend on how tall you have from the bed to the window in a s-10 as to whether it would work in those classes.

yeah i think i would only be able to do 15's max, i think it like 16 or inches maybe 17 0r 18, but def not high enough for 18's i dont think. but lots of room for amps/batts, a little less for box since you cant go lower, i guess an ext cab might be better then i know you can get 18's in there.

team livewire used a reg cab s-10 in sm-12 in 04 and 05
i use a reg cab nissan hardbody in sm 1-2
even with a wall in street max you cant stack 18's at the front. you MIGHT be able t ostack 15's. but i'm not sure.
i had to go with a grandpa type camper shell and a bandpass design to be able to get 2 18's in there, and i still wasnt able to stack them.
at any rate, rusty and livewire have both proven that the reg cab s-10 can be competitive in either class, wit hthe right amount of work put into it !
