I think once everyone has experienced Louisville they will be glad to come back! Not to mention the huge spectator attendance the events there bring.

Maybe if everybody behaves and doesn't deface the hotel/convention center or worse take things that don't belong to them it won't be so hard to host it in the same place next year. I know most of you aren't the ones to blame for it, but let's all, AS A GROUP, try to make sure Louisville WANTS us to come back. [Smile]

Wayne,
A few years ago there were 4 towers going at the same time for qualifing and each class was assigned a mic. Do you plan on doing something like that again to expadite qualifing since there are so many competitors.

dB Doc, I think its definitely in the plans. Personally I would run 4 cars at a time in qualifying so that it speeds things up even more, instead of just having 4 cars in the lanes and running them one at a time.

At one of the Nashville finals, I believe it was 2001. There were 8 lanes going at the same time. Each class stayed on the same mic. Example. Lanes were numbered 1-8. All SS 1-2 would qualify on mic #1, all SS 3-4 would qualify on mic #2 and so on. It was great b/c on Sun there was only the final rounds and deathmatch.

Sorry I meant stayed on the same mic for just qualifing. Then eliminations went to the standard 2 mic with the louder person having mic choice.

They ran 2 lanes, one lane would burp, while the other lane was getting set up. Pretty steady flow.

Why not run 4 lanes, 2 to burp and 2 set up..?
That should move the car/vans fast.
