Was goofing off at Pops house yesterdey, got into a lil' port wars comps , in between splash downs!, and saw some decent numbers. 2 15's did 164 db inside the box, and 2 12's did 168 inside the box. Just curious what others may have measured inside of their boxes. Both boxes used a single large aeroport, common chamber. So, what has anyone measured???!!!

i have seen 1 solo x 10 in a new age crx box do a 169.??Thats with a large aero port.

you know the old crx boxs that everybody used to use 29x29x14 or so.The new age boxs are small no measurements known but its got a 6 inch or bigger aero port out the back.I'll see if i can find a pic.

I did a 168.9 with 2 15's with 2 6 in aero ports just wished it was a burp not in the port lol

We have a guy on Zero Hurtz that does low 170's in his....he goes by "The A Team"...
This guy even does testing JUST for Outlaw/Portwars....
He's not happy til they do Outlaw/portwars at an event...

182.0 on termlab...at that point in time the termlab's did not read over 182.0 I've never messed with it since. This score was at USACi finals and I owe special thanks to Wesley Blanchard for his design!
**Disclaimer, I think port wars is a joke and its very simple. I'm always dissappointed to see so many people running it at local events. Most people dont know the difference so I try to explain that a 160+ in port wars isn't crap. The 182.0 was barely audible and was with a single 8'' woofer and a big amp lol.

To my knowledge no one took any pics of it. Wesley Blanchard came up with it as far as I know. I borrowed it from him did some testing and put a better sub and amp in it and got it to do that number.
