I went through a VERY tough time in my life a while back and I can tell you from experience that good friends, time & getting close to God through Prayer will get you through this.

Well Jay if you read this dude.. Call me anytime man... I will call you again tomorrow. I can tell you this though. Stay away from alcohol. It will make it worse. Try to get your hands on some zanex or something of that nature. I had such bad panic attacks I needed to go to the doctor. Im taking paxil right now. You need to stay strong for your family. Trust me bro this has not even set in yet. It gets worse. I really do hope you can make the show next sunday on July 9th. If not I understand totally! Just you need someone to talk to who has been through the same thing and I was with my dad just over a month ago. I would love to see you at the show so We can both give eachother support! Im there for you all the way and If you dident live so far away I would be down there right now man. One thing that helped me get my mind in a diffrent dircetion was my honeymoon and wedding. So I can say just eat some food and stay sharp. SLeep is hard to get. Try to get a sleeping pill or something. It helps a little. I think I only got about 6 hrs sleep the first 2 days after dad passed. I dont know what else to say man. I know its by far the worst feeling in the world. Please call me let me know whats going on please.

jason things like this are never known for the reasons why and asking yourself why will eat you up. My father passed a few years ago and it still is a sensitive thing with me, but I keep going and you will to. GOD doesn't give your more than you can bear he will carry you when you need it. Stay strong and keep movin.

ya gotta stay strong "for your family".. the pain will eventually ease up.. im watching my mother fight cancer right now, and it kills me inside to see her hurting like she is and stayn so sick from the chemo,,i just dread the day it finally claims her..

I am extremely sorry to hear this sad news and my deepest condolensces. My heart goes out to you and your family. I kind of know what you are going thru. I lost my father almost 7 years ago, it was completely unexpected. He hadn't been sick or anything and it took months for the autopsy results. I know I didn't sleep for days.
