I did a 176.2 to his 175.9 or so.

04 was the it for me! i knew i had a 175+ but i was shaking! and i was having a hard time pushing the button! lol miko and my team was saying,its ok just push the button!!

the 3x at moberly last year got there after a long boring drive, after testing all night i got her up to a 153.1, get setup and do a test burp just before qualifying and one of my dd's cone shatters and i have to get 1st or 2nd in order to get enough points for finals...mr charles estes to the rescue w/ some ca glue, we glue it together, i limp through the first two rounds at 1/2 volume, hoping the sub holds together. final round i turn it up just to see what it does, and the sub nukes coil and all, end up doing like a 144 but i get 2nd place, 101 points for the year
couldn't get the dd's reconed for finals, and the re sx's i picked up along w/ a crappy g31 I was at a 152even arriving at finals...sucked i couldn't put up the score i knew was in the car, but i had a good time at finals and gained a lot of good experience for next year.

finals this year was probably my most exiting moment. going head ot head with Will in the quarter finals.
i wasn't nervous because i knew i didnt have anything better than a 154 and i knew will had at least a 158 or higher. (he went easy on me and only did a 157 though to my 153.8 lol)
so i cant say i was nervous because i knew i wouldnt beat him anyway. but it was exiting just being there in the quarters my rookie year
most tense moment though. would have to be at the Music Masters 2x back on July 30th.
that was the day i joined maxxsonics. i qaulified with a 146.8 and was pretty happy about it, knowing that it got me at least 4th place. but then, out of nowhere, this guy who i had never heard of, qualified with a 146.8 as well ! we were tied for 4th.
i find out the guy is Kent Hill. and he's a regular competitor. so i'm running around for the next hour or so trying to find a tenth so i can beat this guy in the quarters, since he and i will be going head to head, and we've got incoming tied scores.
david downy spent some time in the car with me trying some tricks. and mike stiers even tried some ideas.
nothing we did would gain a single tenth.
so, heading into the lanes, i was pretty stressed. i mean it wasn't the end of the world, neither of us were during world record numbers, and we were only talking about the differance of 4th and 5th place, but still, for kent and i, it was a big deal.
just before the computer started, pretty much everyone wearing a team maxxsonics shirt climbed on top of my car. the roof, the windshield, pressing on all the doors, the trunk, everywhere someone could fit a hand or an a$$ was covered ! lol
we did our burps. i got a 146.9 and kent did a 146.7 i gained exactly the tenth i was looking for, and kent lost a tenth.
of course, i faced mike rohrbach in the next round and knew i was done for the day lol
kent and i went on to face each other at 2 or 3 more shows for the season, taking turns beating each other, until finals. we had a nice friendly rivalry and we're both looking forward to starting this season off the same way
the question is....which of us will win at his show this weekend

I remember about 15 people running to the kicker semi full speed, grabbed subs flew back, and were changing subs like crazy!
Then the suspense when mike had to go again fun stuff!!
