I was looking at the door tag on my car and something is wrong it sayes it weights 2,000 lbs. I put it on the scales and it weights 8,000 lbs?? I need to call VW and see what the problem is!! LOL

For some reason my 1958 VW van always had the reputation of being filled with concrete... but it wasnt... Maybe it was because it only did 50mph everywhere!!! Probably a safe speed having the original 40 year old brakes and all. did around 5000 miles a year to shows etc, including the European finals each year, which was usually well over 500 mile+ trip.
