i went to buy some 3/4" MDF today and Home Depot has it in 4'x4' sheets...i asked why they said MDF isnt manufactured in 4'x8' sheets....i looked at the guy like this
What size do your sheets come in?

Most of what I buy is 49"X97" that way you can get at least 4'X8' with cuts. I have also ordered 5'X10' sheets for special projects before.

I've tried to buy 4'x4' sheets before and nobody had them. I had to buy the 4'x8'

I buy 4x8' sheets at Lowes and have them cut in half (for free). Makes for easy loading into my truck

Home depot here is springfield,mo has 4x8 sheets of 3/4mdf and pretty cheap too, 16.95 a sheet, undelivered of course..

the 4x4 sheets cost me 6.73 a sheet....not to bad...in fact it was CHEEEAP
