But u know what, MNDD? Maybe I should just pull out of the Trunk class, gut the rear of the car, build a wedged front enclosure below the window line, slam it behind the front door jamb, and call it a day, eh?

I think he had 2 dd 9917`s in a wall with 4 2000x`s and got 8th place at the 2000 finals and hit a 158.5 on the old meters. And it was an accord.

actually, I helped jack with the wiring and installation of the amps, batteries, and watched team weebee install the dd9917's at the show at d.o.c.s. in M.D. It was a 1996 honda accord 4dr sedan. At that show, i bought the sub I use now for comps and it works great! I haven't heard much from him lately at all, i know he still lives in the area, but not sure about working suituation or anything like that. I believe at the time, he was using us amps 4000x's and he had 2 per sub, they were in a wall and had 6 batteries in trunk as well. Before that though,m at the time when circuit city did shows, he was running a no wall setup with the same subs but without the DD emblem, as far as I remember. He was a very good guy and would help out anytime someone would need it! But after that world finals, he kinda just dropped out, or retired, b/c he said that it costed too much money for everything and so he may come back, but no word when or if he will or not.

Ahh Jack, He was one funny mofo. Yes he did have a no wall set up in the accord back in the days of amateur 1-2. The car never actually competed in the no wall class. He got his ass handed to him 1 too many times and got us to put that wall in with the 9917's. If anyone has any contact info on Jack please post it, I would love to talk to him again.
