Worlds COLDEST Outdoor dB Drag Event; it was 4 degrees when we started out, about 7 degrees when qualifying began and 8 degrees when we started eliminations! This years event made last years seem like it was held during a heat wave at 22 degrees.
MOST Certifiably Insane dB Drag Competitors in one place at one time that were not drinking; I believe we ended up with 16 competitors.
Most FUN at a well below zero degree outdoor dB Drag. Anyone wanna dispute this one?
Remember...this event was held OUTDOORS and it was windy as hell to boot.
Fastest consumption of an entire new can of Tim Hortons Hot Chocolate mix at a dB Drag Event.
Thanks to all who braved the cold and Thanks to Ryan and the Civic Audio Crew; You all ROCK!
Ians' first show as an "Official ASP Promotor was a success...more to come, preferably in a warmer setting!

last year in febuary we had 35 competitors show up. It was 28 degrees. One of the best shows I've seen in the midwest. It was held inside install bay with garage doors open on either end ... only advantage was indoor lighting ( night time show ). Video can be seen HERE.

i dont think it was the worlds coldest db drag show. the guys from potsdam did one in feb, 16 2003 and it was minus 12 degress F that day. 22 cars showed up. there are a couple of pictures on the even results page. that was cold, but then again any thing under 30 is cold lol.
