Eric opted not to run considering he found out he couldn't use his Colossus amps when he was about an hour away from the Conv. Center on his way there

Wow... i feel very sorry for him. Its a disgrace what db drag did to some competitors. Letting people know a day before the show is F'ed up, especially when there almost there. I am sorry for Eric, and everyone else that was planning on running the Hifonics, you would think an organization that is supposely suppose to be the top teir organization would keep their competitors well informed of what amps were legal or not.

If Eric won't say it I will, he should have won finals this year if the rules hadn't been changed 2 hours before he got to the show, I saw the numbers he was doing, it wouldn't have been close. Its to bad someone couldn't have done something about the amp even a week in advance.

You guys are all forgetting that dave had collosus amps too. I commend eric for taking a stand like he did though. As far as I can tell, terry, bill larcom, and alejandro had them for street a, dave and eric for street b, navi, terry jackson, and eric alexander in smax 1-2, and our van in smax 3-4. That is a lot of competitors to screw over...

I know Eric and I dont see eye to eye on anything but I cant help but respect the choice he made. It was a bad thing for alot of people to happen and I feel it changed the outcome in many classes by a large margin to say the least (and no im not talking about myself I would of still flopped ).
