Am I waisting me time trying to get it working on 98 SE?
I got it installed ok (with no errors), but when I go to run Termlab the splash screen displays as normal, and then disapears, but the main screen never appears even though the Task manager says it's running.
Any ideas?

I tried mine originally on 98 SE without any luck, wayne said there was too many updates and that it really needed XP. So thats what I ended up doing.

There are 2 patches on the Term Lab CD that you have to install. After that it all works fine.

The current version of Term-LAB (the version shipping right now) will not work with Windows 98, SE, or ME. Also, for existing customers, future updates will require XP or 2000. A new, MAJOR update will be available for download very shorlty. However, you must have XP or the program will not work. I had to drop support for 98 because it just doesn't support many of the new, advanced features that have been added to the program.

So wait, windows 2000 will not be supported with the newest release? If so, will we still be able to download the last working version that did work on 2k?
Please let me know because I refuse to have to upgrade (can you even call it that?) to XP....

Yea I tried yesterday to get a new sensor to work with 98se and it wouldn't do it. I then installed on my new computer with XP and it had no problems running. The program installed and runs with no bugs so far.
