Hey, not to jump in anybody's buisness, but it seem's like the only people who are complianing about JH winning are the people he is beating at every show . I have not seen one derogatory in here from anyone associated with team gates, now if i'm not wrong they were on top before JH, and now that he is in the number one spot, they are busy building something to beat him, not busy bashing him in here . My thoughts toward this whole issue is that metro audio has been more than courtious in trying to answer this harsh Q&A . Keep up the good work guys, hope top see you in the number one spot again at the end of finals .

Well for some reason all the spl guys in here have a distorted sense of what attractive is, I think some of you spend a little too much time above 150db, or maybe it's all the fiberglass fumes ? LOL Take care griz and good luck

i have much respect for the metro guys, the gates crew, and all the others who can do such insane numbers. hey, i got an idea, you guys oughta do up shirts and sell them like race teams do...i'm a racer, we've got shirts....i'd a DB'er to, but not a very good one...yet....but anyhow, how cool would it be to cruise into the local department store boasting a lime green Metro Audio T-shirt? This would be a super way to spread the interest in DB Drag racing and promote your sponsors to the public.

I have a few Team Gates shirts. But not for sale in stores I do like that idea and it would be a way to show support. But also could it be a way to start fights? Like last year with the "cheating" issue came out. Wearing a shirt with that Green Van could be dangerious. If ya know what I mean. Still I like the idea..

Well I have 3 Gates Shirts. 2 are have her old sponsers on it the new one has MTX and Team Gates on it and that one is going no where:-). They are kinda hard to find. If you wanted one of the others I might part with one. Let me know...

Quick Question...you guys were supposed to show off the van at dB Finals in KY this past year and yet everytime I went by the van (parking lot, inside etc...) nobody would let me look into it, let alone take any pictures.
What happened to your scores at the Finals? If I remember correctly the van got beat early in the rounds.
Why were the techs at the mmats booth constantly "fixing" amps all day on saturday and then some on sunday? I could never get an answer out of anyone there.
I'm not accusing anyone of anything fishy...in fact I am a MMATS dealer and love the amps and subs. I am just curious to what was going on at the Finals last year.

I think Fukuda has J.H. beat with 190 something db at an IASCA show... Talk about your BS readings..hehe LMAO!! hmmm... I wonder if those Kriss meters are any good...? Anyone use one yet? I would just about buy one if they were pretty decent...

As for finals, not sure what happened to you, but 90% of the people that wanted to see the van saw it...Second, JH has system failures,thrown subs, no big deal, he lost...and the amps...David Thompson was fixing every amp from any team on the spot...very few were owned by MAD, most were from Team Hertz, if I remember correctly, they shorted something and cooked 8 at once....Hope this helped.... Yep, at finals the van was open most of the time I was around it. No problems seeing it.

That dB meter looks iffy, look a it, it says it only reads half dB's as in 140 140.5 141 141.5, that would ****!
