Is it allowed to rebuild single voice sub to dual voice? Or 2VC to 4VC ? If this is NOT manufacturers option, but it can be done for anybody in good speaker rebuilding shop.

Is this minor modification or it is not allowed.

But what if rebuild store is claiming that this is it's own brand (actually not) and that it is available to anybody?

it is illegal as far as the rules go but alot of competitors are running subs that are not available to the public so really what does it matter.
