I'm not even gonna bother to compete anymore. My points and scores are always screwed up. i should have around 120 and i have had 71 now for like a month. It just pisses me off spending all my money on all my stuff and the comps for the points and scores not even to show up so untill someone starts giving me credit for what i've done i'm out. Just wanted to say good luck to all competitors.

This is a REAL good way to approach it. I was wondering, you say it's been at 71 points for a month now, yet the 2x scores just got posted?
Besides that, did you ever call Wayne to ask him about the points? maybe whoever put the show on hasn't submitted the results. Or maybe the shows you attended weren't sanctioned events.
Either way, this is the absolute wrong way to go about getting your stuff fixed.

Man ! I kick your a$$ back into the lanes ! THAT is absolutely NO REASON for quitting dB Drag ! I dont know you, and I think you dont know me, but I take that right to kick your a$$ back into competition ! All your points will come to your "account", I promise ! Nothing is lost ! It just take time ! I know how hard you feel, but I have MORE points than you what I wait for, in example since end of March ! At the moment I have 215 points what brings me to the 2nd place in the world ! And hopefully, with all possible competitions I be able to add XXX more (no details from me, hehehehe). I also have a certified score, what brings me on Top 5 (I think so) in the world in my class with my "old SQPL" car.
Do I complain here? NOT YET ! Sometimes a little maybe. But QUITTING... I sent several mails to Wayne. He promised me to take care. When cut offs are near, we all will see what we want to see in our stats pages. I am also not very happy, but what can I do? Quit dB Dragging? What a whimp would I be (sorry if that is not the right word) ? And believe me, every trip here in Germany, with that 3 times higher gas prizes and average of about 300 Miles one way is more expensive than for you in ÜSA.
So come on ! Work at your car, drive to competitions and be a good db dragger
I would love to see you competing again, and I would like to shake your hands in Nashville this year at finals when I and ONE OF MY CARS are there to compete, regardless what place I will take... (But I want such a nice Jacket again hehehehe...)
You have to tap on my shoulder, I dont know you !
And now : Keep on DRAGGIN my friend ! It is not the time for a good bye !

I can understand his frustration. Competitors work hard to acquire points. There are several reasons why a competitor may not receive the points they are entitled to...
1. The show promoter may not have submitted the results yet. 2. The dBDRA may not have uploaded the results to the website yet. 3. The competitor's name may be misspelled. We track competitors by name. For example, names such as Jim Harris and Jimmie Harris are treated as 2 seperate competitors.
I apologize for not have the results up as fast as in previous years. All of the press coverage and the introduction of the new metering systems have really cut into my time. I have spent the past 8 days entering results and we are almost up-to-date for all events. You may have noticed that results for this weekend were actually starting to show up Sunday night.
Here are some steps every competitor should take to ensure that they receive all of their points.
1. If you are missing results, please verify that results for the show in question have been posted. If not, please allow 10 days before using the Missing Results Submission Form. If the results on the website are "Complete" and you still don't show that you have received points for that event, examine the results closely and look for errors in the way your name is listed. Next, use the Submit Missing Results utility to submit your missing results. Please allow a week or so for me to correct the mistake. (I do these manually.)
2. If you are a retailer, please send the dBDRA the Archive DAT file. If you fax in the results, I must enter them manually! This takes a lot of time. If you don't use Term-LAB, please send an email. I have difficulty reading some of the handwritten results. Also, you MUST indicate what show the results are for. I currently have results for 5 shows that don't have a date, location, or contact phone number. I have no idea where these results belong.
3. Always ensure that you register at events using the name that is given on your membership card. It must be exact. If your card has Jimmie, use Jimmie. Don't abbreviate to Jim.
The dBDRA is very proud of the leaderboard and our database of events and results. We currently have results for almost 5000 events on-line. We strive for accuracy and completeness. If you host events, I'm sure you are familiar with our "nag" notices requesting that you send in your results.
I hope this helps.
