How often do most competitors change their systems? I would assume every season or even during the season, am I right? Because I am thinking about at least upgrading my amp or amps and maybe changing my sub or going with 2 12s. Just wondering because it seems like several competitors in my area are constantly changing out everything- spending thousands and not even getting good scores- for what they have.Must be nice.

well im on my 3rd box this past 2 months.... going to be trying some new things, getting WAY louder.
fyi - I have one friend who has gone through 16 boxes in his CRX trying to get louder...
As the below poster said, stick to one thing and get it as loud as possible before you switch up products. Usually that involves several 1000lbs of MDF if you are in street and several tons of MDF if in SS or Extreme
