I know, I know...You heard me! I've been talking about these events forever! It's getting crunch time so I wanted to post some new info.
Sautrday July 12th Davenport IA 1x at Automotive Innovations. MSD classes were chosen by the retailer. This is a new type of descriptions, but we're going to try it and see how it works...
MSD-1 Age 18 or younger! This is mainly for local competitors. Rules may be added as time goes on and/or at the event depending on show up.
MSD-2 1-2 woofers, or under 1000 watts MSD 3 3-4 woofers, or from 1001 to 2000 watts
Entry fees (as of today) are as follows. $20 entry. I spoke with the retailer, they may offer a lower price for MSD...will post when more information is provided.
There will be a car show at the same location/time. Qualifying starts at 10 am and ends at noon. AGAIN! Class are subject to change day of show depending on who shows up.
Keep in mind that this show opens up for Sunday July 13th 2x in Moline Il (less than 5 minutes...depending on traffic of course). If you planned on going to the 2x on Sunday, and more than likely staying the night Saturday. You might as well go to the 1x in Davenport...

563 area codes are Iowa 309 area codes are IL Sorry, not many in IL close by
Keep in mind that the I74 Bridge between IOWA and ILLINOIS is under construction. Allow ample time to get to the show on time. My estimates are still true because at 10am on a Sunday, it's not bad. But as the day goes on, it will get a little conjested.

Have to make a change to MSD-2: MSD-2 1-2 woofers, AND under 1000 watts MSD-3 3-4 woofers under 2000 watts OR 1-2 woofers from 1001 to 2000 watts
