Will Competitive Audio have another 3x pointer in 2002? last year was a blast they had everything- Monster trucks,dB Drag,USAC, carshow,etc. i even liked the host hotel. I was just wondering if we would be up that way again. i would like someone to post some info if any?

I would hope that they would do another. I now the support from competitor turnout wasn't nearly what they expected. So if they have one this year, I hope that everyone will attend!!!

I know for a fact that they already have the 3X USAC show schedualed for May 4-5 and they are calling Thunder in the Ozarks just like last year, so I would imagine their will be a 3X dbdrag there also but I could be wrong.

Well all i have to say is that thunder in the ozarks is always a great show and tom puts on a hell of a show and he supports all the competitors. I can't wait for it this year. I met alot of new people last year at that show. Can't wait to party with them all again..Maybe we'll run into some more airline stewardess...

YES!! There will be a Thunder in the Ozarks event. Plans are for a 3X dB Drag. That usac show also. We've been working on it for months now, and will have some 'firsts' at this show.
Also, Primedia ( the ones over the SBN Turner Bash ) is over the 4-Wheel Jamboree and we might get them involved with the dB Drag part also. We'll see though.

Every year Tom says its going to be the last one because of the cost involved. But he always does it again the next year because he loves the sport so much! Tom is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and I'm sure he will do everything in his power to make this one better then all of the previous years!
P.S.I think this would be a good show to debut the new and "IMPROVED" 1-2 EXT. Blaz. at!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i might be able to get the time off from work. am i invited? i couldn't make it last year, but it would be cool to hang out with everyone again, and go clubbing. i know big ed will be ready. i just hope my aztek will be ready by then.
