Okay...this is my last attempt at a double point show for this year, but this one is up on the schedule and is not in conjunction with any other organizations so I hope all goes as planned.
We have scheduled a double point dB Drag for August 19 at Details in Muscatine, IA. Keep in mind there is another double point on August 20 in Vernon Hills, IL, which is I believe only about 3 hours away. That makes it a quad point weekend for those who choose to attend.
The shows we have done at Details this year have all turned out great..including the snowcone contests and all. The shop is doing a great deal of advertising and has many things in order for the show.
I will post more details as they come about, feel free to ask questions, and please post if you plan on or may be attending.

Hey Kyle, DbDRAG always comes befor College. Definatly at UNO.
Also, I was wondering for the people are going to IA then IL if anyone is going to get a hotel room or if the Vernon Il people are going to be cool and offer a place to stay for us travelers. That would be great spirit and I would thank u for it. If not could I just stay on someones front lawn, I will ring my tent.

Also, what time will the show at details start. Cause if it is a night show, then we could go Lemars, Muscatine, and the Vernon Hills. Then it would be a fiveouple point weekend.

We will start registration for the Muscatine show between 9:30 and 10 Saturday morning. I don't think we will ever try to do a double point show in the evening again like we did in Lemars. Judging by the turnout we had at the last show at Details it will take all day for a double point event.

It will be a great show! Entry is $25 and I am going to try for a hotel BLOCK of rooms if anyone needs one let me know and what night so I can call and check on rates for you all!

Hmmmm.... A double point show 3 1/2 hours away, or a single point show 30 minutes away. Hmmmmmm Easy choice 2x pointer. And then the next day the Vernon Hills show, which is about an hour from my house Some people are welcome to stay, im sure my mom won't mind lol he he Scott, go to Lemars its closer for ya...although I might be hitting some good numbers by then

I am sure most of Team Epicenter will be at both shows, we will probabally stay in Rockford, IL which is in the about center of the 2 shows.
I am sure Dave Lawrence wouldn't mind like 20-25 people staying at his house Or Anthony could always kick his parents out for the night!! Or we could all just bring sleeping bags or rolls of carpet to sleep on and stay in the install bay at Performance Audio!!!!
BTW Iggy that show at Music in Motion on the 19th was cancelled... So now you have to come with us to Iowa!!

Anthony We are not offering a lower entry fee for extreme with no trophies because it is a double point event in which we will be giving out trophies in all classes. Still yet...$25 for a double point event I think is quite reasonable.

Iggy, u do have a great point, Lemars is tat weekend. I wouldn't want to drive that far anyway. Good luck and I hope u take first place Iggy.

Just a little side note...at the last show we did in Muscatine we got some great giveaway prizes from a local radio station, concert tickets and waterpark tickets. Aron and the crew at Details really like to get competitors and spectators involved, we always have a lot of fun up there. And double points this time...it will be well worth it!
