I have just completed a new feature on the web site that will allow competitor members to submit their missing results to the dBDRA.

Just go to the dB Drag Racing web site and then select the Competitors Specialty Menu. Next, select Submit Missing Results. When the web site displays the event calendar, you will see a new field called Id. If you want to submit missing results, just click on the Id number next to the event in question. Fill out the submission form and the information will be emailed to the dBDRA where we can validate the information and then post it on the web.

Please keep in mind that this should be a means of "last resort."

Normally, retailers send us a data file that this web site processes automatically. This takes about 20 seconds to process.

When a retailer faxes or sends us a hardcopy of their results, then we must key the information in by hand. This is time consuming and monotonous.

When you submit missing results via the web. We must verify and then post your results one at a time. This is VERY time consuming.

Help us out by doing the following...

1. Ask the retailer to send in his results promptly.

2. If the retailer is using Term-LAB or our offical score keeping software, ask him for a copy of the archived results. That way, if he never sends in the results, you can email it to me.

Make it clear to the retailer that this is important!

Soon, I will be adding a rating system to the site. (1 to 4 stars). We will rate retailers on their participation in dB Drag Racing. (Were the rules enforced, were their complaints?, Did the results get submitted in a timely fashion?, etc.) This will help you select the events you attend.

I changed the way you get to this feature. I guess I didn't make it clear that I had changed the selection used to get in. From the competitor specialty menu, click on Submit Missing Results.
